Fulfilling Achievments

I can’t even begin to explain to you how mentally (and almost physically) challenging it is to make a dress. Even though I’ve been sewing for four years, each piece I make requires its own unique challenge. I had to spend many of my days off and free weekends sitting behind a sewing machine while the weather was playing out beautifully. For me, it is almost a painful process because of how patient and faultless you have to be. But each time I see how people react to my work, I am reminded of why I started in the first place. The upmost rewarding part was hearing one of my good friend’s mother expressing how proud she was of me. It was a special reminder of how much greater kind words can affect someone despite all of the others stunned in amazement. Enjoy an overload of pictures and take a peek at my beautiful/handsome friends. xx
